At Pitter Patter Clinic, we offer compassionate, personalised support for families from pregnancy through the early years. Our services include one-to-one infant feeding support, tongue tie assessment and division, oral function guidance, and help navigating concerns such as colic, reflux, development, and weaning. We also provide antenatal and postnatal support, creating a safe and supportive space for every family — whatever your feeding journey looks like. If you have questions, concerns, or simply need reassurance, we’re here to help every step of the way.
Appointments
Initial Infant Feeding & Oral Function Appointment
Initial Clinic Appointment - Assessment, support & treatment for up to 1hour and 30mins

We take a holistic approach when it comes to Infant Feeding. This means looking at the whole picture, including your wishes and goals for your feeding journey. (For breast, bottle, combi & tube feeding journeys)

Tongue Tie Division information:
If a Tongue Tie Division is the appropriate treatment, an appointment will be booked in the frenulotomy clinic with The Natal Network, located at Pitter Patter Clinic. (Please note, you will still be seen by Kellie & Sara for your division appointment.) If you and your practitioner agree Tongue Tie division is the right plan of treatment and is needed on the day of your Initial appointment this will be facilitated for you.
*If your babies challenges or restrictions are more complex and they require more input to support their needs, a follow appointment may be required to support you with this.

Assessment Clinic
15minute assessment appointment and diagnosis

Are you unsure if you need support with Tongue Tie or Oral Dysfunction and want to be sure you are accessing the right support?
An oral function assessment will be completed, giving you a function & appearance score and what degree (if any) of Tongue Tie baby has.
If appropriate, following this, you are welcome to book into clinic for further support and treatment.
*Please note this is not a treatment appointment, this appointment is designed to allow you to determine if you need support and what support is available to you.
* If you choose to book an appointment after assessment clinic a £15 discount will be deducted from you initial appointment in clinic.
Tongue Tie Division (Frenulotomy)
Following an Initial clinic appointment and will be booked by your practitioner in clinic

Tongue Tie Division + Follow up Support (£150)
This appointment is booked following an initial assessment in Clinic, during your initial appointment will discuss if a tongue tie division is the appropriate treatment for your baby, if so, this division appointment will be booked in the frenulotomy clinic with The Natal Network, located at Pitter Patter Clinic.

Tongue Tie Division information:
If a tongue tie division is not clinically appropriate at this appointment, we can reschedule the procedure for a later date based on the reason it needs to be deferred. This rescheduled appointment is charged at £75
*If your babies challenges or restrictions are more complex and they require more input to support their needs, a follow appointment may be required to support you with this.
Follow up appointments
Follow up appointment up to1 hour (30min option, bookable with your Practitioner)

A follow-up appointment provides ongoing support to assess your baby’s feeding progress after initial treatment or assessment. During the appointment, we review feeding, monitor oral function, and address any ongoing concerns such as nipple pain, latch difficulties, reflux symptoms, or unsettled feeding behaviours. Gentle oral exercises and tailored feeding guidance may be provided to support optimal healing and development. Our aim is to ensure both parent and baby feel confident, comfortable, and well-supported throughout the feeding journey.

Gentle Touch Bodywork for Babies
45 minute baby wellness appointment
£70
Our gentle 45-minute baby wellness sessions are designed to support your baby’s comfort, relaxation, and wellbeing while giving you the opportunity to discuss any concerns you may have.
During the appointment, we will take time to explore your baby’s history, development, and any worries or challenges you may be experiencing. A gentle full-body assessment will then be carried out to identify areas of tightness, tension, or restriction that may be affecting movement, comfort, feeding, sleep, or general wellbeing.
Using light touch therapy, soothing massage, and gentle stretching techniques, we aim to help your baby feel more relaxed, settled, and comfortable.
We understand every baby is unique, and parents are encouraged to ask questions throughout the session in a calm and supportive environment.
After Your Appointment;
If appropriate, your practitioner may provide a personalised home exercise guide to help you continue supporting your baby between sessions.
Follow-up appointments and block bookings are also available for families who would benefit from ongoing support.
Gentle Touch Bodywork for Babies - Follow ups
30 minute baby wellness follow up

During the appointment, we will review any changes since the previous session, discuss your baby’s progress, and explore any new concerns or challenges you may have noticed. A gentle reassessment will then be carried out to identify any ongoing areas of tightness, tension, or restriction that may be affecting your baby’s comfort, feeding, sleep, movement, or general wellbeing.
Using light touch therapy, soothing massage, and gentle stretching techniques, the session aims to encourage relaxation, improve comfort, and support your baby’s natural development.
Follow-up appointments also provide an opportunity to monitor progress over time and adapt care to your baby’s individual needs in a calm, nurturing, and supportive environment. Parents are always encouraged to ask questions throughout the session.
After Your Appointment;
Your practitioner may update or provide additional personalised home exercises and guidance to help continue supporting your baby between sessions. Further follow-up appointments and block booking options are available for families who would benefit from ongoing care and support.
