Infant Feeding | Tongue Tie | Oral Function
Antenatal Education & Support
Hi I'm Kellie and I am the owner of Pitter-Patter Tots & Pitter Patter Clinic, I am Neonatal & Infant feeding nurse & Tongue Tie Practitioner. Prior to Pitter Patter I have supported families for 15years, within the NHS and the community.

My first babies feeding journey was a rollercoaster. I was regularly given conflicting advice and we had a missed diagnosis of a Tongue Tie. This is where my passion for infant feeding began. When my second baby arrived, i had more knowledge and education around infant feeding and for us this meant a more positive journey.
I've worked within infant feeding teams providing antenatal education across St Helens, Knowsley & Widnes.
I worked on neonatal units supporting mums with skin to skin, breast feeding, expressing and bottle feeding. My passion for making sure that all parents have a positive feeding journey grew stronger.
Following my own infant feeding journey & my work within the NHS I decided to pursue my Infant Feeding Nurse Passion.

As a mum of three, Sara brings not only clinical training but also invaluable lived experience. She has personally navigated a range of feeding challenges with her own children, including; cleft palate, complex feeding needs requiring long-term tube feeding, oral dysfunction related to tongue tie and allergies and reflux.

These experiences have shaped her passion for helping families build positive, supported feeding journeys, whatever their starting point.
