Meet The Team

Infant feeding

Hi I'm Kellie and I am the owner of Pitter-Patter Tots & Pitter Patter Clinic, I am Neonatal & Infant feeding nurse & Tongue Tie Practitioner.  Prior to Pitter Patter I have supported families for 15years, within the NHS and the community.

My first babies feeding journey was a rollercoaster. I was regularly given conflicting advice and we had a missed diagnosis of a Tongue Tie. This is where my passion for infant feeding began. When my second baby arrived, i had more knowledge and education around infant feeding and for us this meant a more positive journey.

I've worked within infant feeding teams providing antenatal education across St Helens, Knowsley & Widnes.
I worked on neonatal units supporting mums with skin to skin, breast feeding, expressing and bottle feeding. My passion for making sure that all parents have a positive feeding journey grew stronger.

Following my own infant feeding journey & my work within the NHS I decided to pursue my Infant Feeding Nurse Passion.

Meet Sara

Sara joined the team in February 2025 and has since dedicated herself to developing specialist knowledge in infant feeding, bodywork, and tongue-tie assessment. Her approach combines compassion with evidence-based practice, allowing her to provide thoughtful, supportive care to families attending our clinics.

As a mother of three, Sara brings not only clinical training but also invaluable lived experience. She has personally navigated a wide range of feeding challenges with her own children, including cleft palate, complex feeding needs requiring long-term tube feeding, oral dysfunction related to tongue tie, as well as allergies and reflux.

These experiences have shaped Sara’s passion for helping families build positive, supported feeding journeys—whatever their starting point.

Sara runs our Bodywork for Babies workshops, supports initial feeding assessment appointments, and assists within our tongue-tie clinics.

"We went to baby yoga and absolutely loved it! Kellie is fabulous at her job and all round lovely person. I would recommend her classes to absolutely everyone. It’s such a lovely environment to learn new skills, feel calm and relaxed and talk to other mums and babies and make new friends. Always our favourite day of the week. xxx"

"Our favourite class! Both for Mama and for baby. We have been to Kellie's classes since baby was 9 weeks old, first at baby massage which is a miracle worker, then at Yoga which is so much fun.
Kellie has been more than a teacher, she has been a source of support, has helped me so much more than any other professional since baby was born!!
I couldn't recommend Kellie or Pitter Patter Tots enough, we look forward to every class, and still practise after bedtime. We love you, Kellie!! x"
